Mendozi Enterprises LLC. Owns and operates HelpConnections.org which is social gathering website for people to give and receive help within their zip code. 

 This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Help Connections Services.  By using the Help Connections Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Help Connections Website or otherwise use the Help Connections Services without being registered) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with Help Connections).  The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use the Help Connections Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and the terms of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement and save it.  If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement and to follow all applicable laws, you should leave the Help Connections Website and discontinue use of the Help Connections Services immediately.  If you wish to become a Member and/or make use of the Help Connections Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the registration process.

1. Eligibility Personal. Use of the Help Connections Services and registration to be a Member for the Help Connections Services (“Membership”) is void where prohibited.  By using the Help Connections Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) your use of the Help Connections Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.  Your profile or listing to give or receive help may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age and you represent yourself as 18 or older, or if we believe you are over 18 and represent yourself as under 18.

2. Term. This Agreement, and any posted revision to this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Help Connections Services or are a Member.  You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Member's Account Settings page.  Help Connections may terminate your Membership at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.  Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.

3.  Password. When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password.  You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.  You agree not to use the account, username/email address, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party.  You agree to notify Help Connections immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password.  You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

    

4.  Use by Members/Personal. The Help Connections Services are for the personal use of Members and may be used for promotional purposes as well, but direct commercial endeavors may only be used if they are specifically endorsed or authorized by Help Connections.  Help Connections reserves the right to remove commercial content in its sole discretion.  Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Help Connections Services, including collecting usernames, user id numbers, and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Help Connections Website, or employing third party promotional sites or software to promote profiles for money, is prohibited.  Commercial advertisements affiliate links, and other forms of unauthorized solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice or explanation and may result in termination of Membership privileges.  Help Connections reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Help Connections Services.

 4.1. Use by Members/Organizations. Organizations such as Food Banks, Soup Kitchens, Homeless shelters or Churches that are into helping their community are welcome to become a member you may promote your Organization through your listing and must be legitimate. Help Connections reserves the right to remove Organizational content in its sole discretion.  Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Help Connections Services, including collecting usernames, user id numbers, and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Help Connections Website, or employing third party promotional sites or software to promote profiles for money, is prohibited.  Commercial advertisements affiliate links, and other forms of unauthorized solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice or explanation and may result in termination of Membership privileges.  Help Connections reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Help Connections Services.

 4.2. Employers  you are required to post jobs that do NOT promote illegale activity, or to cause financial harm to anybody who are seeking employment at this site. Help Connections may remove any job posting that we may feel is inapporate or may be harmfull to anybody requiring employment with out prior notice. You may only post legitament jobs. Help Connections.org and or Mendozi Enterprises LLC are not liable for any type of harm or damage for hiring or interviewing anybody who you accept. Currently its free to post jobs at our site, in the future Helpconnections.org may charge a fee for future job ads.

 4.3. Items to give and receive help You may NOT post any pornographic or satanic material, or the use of Drugs, Alcohol, Firearms or tobacco on this site. Or any items that are illegal to help at your location. Help Connections is in NO way responsible or liable for, the items or services listed on our site. Neither do we promote any product or service a member may have.

5. Payment, Honesty Payment
   3 days after you give or recieve help, you will be asked to make an Honesty payment the next time you log in. An Honesty Payment allows you to select the price you would like to pay for the help you gave or received. Depending on the price you have selected, you would be given a number of days of service until you are asked again for another honesty payment. See chart below:

6.  Help.  Once a Help has been established between members, it is the member's full responsibility to work out the terms of the transaction, Drop off location of Food and Clothing and to check credibility, etc. All members are responsible in ensuring that their transactions of giving and receiving help, and that your giving and receiving help do not violate any Federal, State, County, and City laws.

6.1. Food Help Connections.org and or Mendozi Enterprises LLC are not liable for any type of harm or damage of giving and receiving food, such as canned goods or any type of perishables. It is your responsibility and or the person whom you give or receive food to ensure the quality of it.

6.2. Clothing Help Connections.org and or Mendozi Enterprises LLC are not liable for any type of harm or damage of giving and receiving Clothing. It is your responsibility and or the person whom you give or receive clothing to ensure the quality of it.

6.3. Shelter Help Connections.org and or Mendozi Enterprises LLC are not liable for any type of harm or damage of giving and receiving shelter or any damage that my occur for members living in your rental place. It is your responsibility and or the person whom you give or receive shelter to work out the issues of living space such as cost, rules of maintain property and days notice to move out.

6.4. Transportation Help Connections.org and or Mendozi Enterprises LLC are not liable for any type of harm or damage of giving and receiving transportation, or any damage that my occur of members that share transportation together and or cost of car pooling. It is your responsibility and or the person whom you give or receive transportation to work out the issues or leave and return dates and times including distance traveled.

6.5. Resume Help Connections.org and or Mendozi Enterprises LLC are not liable for any type of harm or damage of creating and posting your resume, you may active or deactivate your resume at any given time, we are not responsible for any bogus job offers you may received by posting your resume on our site. Use your discretion whenever receiving job offers. If they ask for money it most likely a scam.

6.6. Jobs Help Connections.org and or Mendozi Enterprises LLC are not liable for any legitimate or bogus jobs and any type of harm or damage posted at our site. once again if they ask for money its most likely a scam. all employers are responsible for the content of their job ad postings.

6.7. Orginizations Help Connections.org and or Mendozi Enterprises LLC are not liable for any type of harm or damage from any posting of any orginizations listed on our site.

7.  Service.  Help Connections.org and or Mendozi Enterprises LLC are not liable for interruptions of our service and or any damage or harm from our service. This includes down times for maintenance. Whenever there is a change to our Terms of Service, Help Connections.org may send you an email notifying you of any changes to our terms of service and or any improvements to Help Connnections.org.  You must use a vaild email address to receive notice or you may check the date on the upper right hand corner of this Terms of Service to show the latest update.
